Eligibility Criteria:

• Nationality: The scholarship is offered to the highest qualified students from countries who are required to pay tuition fees, i.e. not EU/EEA countries and Switzerland (in accordance with Regulation 2010:543).
• Gender: All students irrespective of their gender, race, religion or color are eligible.
• As the scholarship program is a prestigious and excellence based scholarship, students should demonstrate academic excellence to be successful. These include, extracurricular achievements, a transcript with extraordinary marks and other certifications of accomplishments.
• Applicants also have to prove that they have to pay for their tuition fees in their home country.
• Before applying for these scholarships, students must have gotten their admission from the Swedish Defence University.
• Applicants form non-English speaking countries should also prove English proficiency by providing TOEFL or IELTS test certifications.
