What are the eligibility criteria for the UAL Scholarship for the Post-graduate program 2024-25?

Eligibility Criteria

To be able to obtain one of the scholarships, you have to meet the following four criteria:

• First Criteria: Applicants are required to hold an offer letter in one of the programs at the host University.
  • The course that you choose should offer one of the following: M ARCH, Grad Dip, MA, MBA, MFA, MRes or MSc
  • The courses must be full-time and must be in person as low-residency and online are not suitable for this scholarship.
  • Applicants must not have already a post-graduate degree in the UK.
• Second Criteria: Applicants must be from low-income countries listed at the end of the article.
  • The following countries are not eligible: China, Canada, Japan, the USA, the UK, and the European Union/EEA member states.
  • Note: Countries not included in the list at the end are eligible for other scholarships at UAL Such as a £7,000 International Scholarship for a Master’s degree.
• Third criterion: The total yearly income of your household must not be higher than £25,000. 
• Fourth Criteria: A personal statement is required for this scholarship that answers the question below:
  • What differences will this post-graduate scholarship make to you?
  • How you will use this qualification in your further plans?
  • Explain how you will tackle the problems in your home country.
  • In what ways will you promote the values of environmental stewardship and social justice?

How to apply for UAL Post-graduate Scholarship 2024-25

• First: Visit the official website through the link below.
• Second: Check the eligibility criteria and make sure you meet all the requirements.
• Third: Once you have obtained admission from the University of the Arts London.
• Fourth: In your application portal, on the tab (my Finance and Funding), you will find a section where you can upload your scholarship application.
• Fifth: Before that, complete your application and provide all personal information.
• Sixth: Ensure to upload all the required documents mentioned above.
• Seventh: Submit your application and wait for the decision.

Note:

• You will be emailed about your application status and you can accept the scholarship through your UAL portal.
• The tuition fee and accommodation expenses will be sent to your accommodation and fee account. Living costs and any course costs will be sent on a timely basis to your bank account.
• If you are awarded more than one scholarship from UAL, you can only have one of the them.
• Late applications and incomplete application are not evaluated.
